01 Dec 2021 --- Personalized health and wellness platform Hims & Hers Health is partnering with Uber Technologies to deliver its personal care products to US customers through the Uber Eats app. This collaboration is pegged as Hims & Hers largest on-demand delivery partnership to date.
“We have found that adding in the on-demand factor to Hims & Hers products is a game-changer for many consumers,” says Melissa Baird, chief operating officer of Hims & Hers.
“Our relationship with Uber will be the biggest on-demand push we’ve pursued to date, and we are pleased to offer the ability for so many more people to be able to access our health and wellness products when they need them.”
The US areas where the personal care product delivery service will operate include Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Miami, Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Philadelphia, Seattle, Atlanta, and Phoenix.
The company adds that expansion to new markets is “on the horizon.”
Convenient offerings
The on-demand products offered range from items associated with sexual wellness – like Hims & Hers condoms and lubricant – to personal care items like sleep gummies, hair care products and kits, as well as skincare items.
Hims & Hers products will also be available on-demand through Postmates, a separate delivery app owned by Uber.
“We ensure our customers can access what they need, such as personal wellness products,” comments Beryl Sanders, head of US Uber Eats Partnerships.
“Through our technology and logistics, we can bring Hims & Hers directly to consumers at the tap of a button.”

Ensuring convenience, the company also made moves with Amazon to increase the accessibility of Hims & Hers supplements, sexual health and wellness products and hair care offerings, as well as a few product bundles exclusively available through the new official Hims & Hers store on the Amazon website.
“We aim to meet digitally native consumers where they already are and create completely customer-centric health and wellness experiences for them,” explains Andrew Dudum, CEO and co-founder of Hims & Hers.
The variety of Hims & Hers personal care products includes Hims & Hers’ top-selling biotin, immunity and sleep gummies, as well as collagen powder supplements.

Delivery moves in time for holidays
Hims & Hers also recently launched a holiday gift set for hair and skin. The company will also offer discounts on some of its best-selling products in the two categories.
“Consumers are regularly asking us to provide gifting options around the holidays so they can share their love of Hims & Hers health and wellness products with their family and friends,” says Hilary Coles, co-founder and SVP of Brand & Innovation, Hims & Hers.
The products available as gift sets are the Hims Hair Gift Set, which is said to make hair look healthier and thicker. Also available in the gift set are Hims Hair Thickening Shampoo, Hims Thick Fix Conditioner and Biotin Gummies.
In addition, the Hers Hair Gift Set includes the Hers Shampoo and Conditioner and Rapid Repair Hair Mask.
For the skin, the Hims Skin Gift Set is claimed to ensure “skin glowing morning to night,” featuring a vitamin C serum, Goodnight Wrinkle Cream and Everyday Moisturizer.
