30 Sep 2021 --- Skin care brand Darya Hope is employing human stem cells to tackle signs of aging skin. The company’s latest launch, Youth Elixir Stem Cell Serum, features Cell Turnover Technology Complex (CTT Complex) – a proprietary technology using stem cell-derived growth factors to target areas that need repair.
Originally developed as a therapy for severe skin trauma, such as burns, the serum ensures skin can heal and regenerate, while helping to prevent future signs of aging.
“Our scientists program uses adult human stem cells to imitate skin damage such as fine lines, sun damage, and loss of collagen. It then augments them to release growth factors targeted to address these issues,” Darya Hope Pishevar, founder & CEO of Darya Hope, tells PersonalCareInsights.
“When applied to the skin, these human stem cell-derived growth factors give existing stem cells fresh information, activating them to build new, healthy skin again from the inside out.”
The serum also contains a red sea algae extract, has hydrating benefits and is rich in antioxidants. These increase blood flow and promote circulation, resulting in cell turnover and an amplified elasticity to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
The last ingredient in the serum is the alaria esculenta extract, an antioxidant with firming amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
Noticeable improvements
In a 30-day clinical trial, carried out by the company, 96% of participants agreed they saw a dramatic improvement in fine lines and wrinkles.
About 94% agreed they saw a noticeable improvement in skin texture, and 98% agreed they saw a visible reduction in dark spots. The brand combines marine ingredients with science to address and prevent signs of aging.
“Unlike stem cells derived from plants or snails, only human stem cells can signal to other human stem cells that it’s time to repair,” Hope explains.
“While human stem cells originate from humans, the cells we use are cultivated in a lab. We buy only Certified GMP cells – which means that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulates them.
The launch also includes skin cleansing products as the company acknowledges that “clean skin is the route to healthy skin.”
This Triple Cleanse System consists of a Sea Oak Daily Oil Cleanser, a Sea Fennel Daily Gel Cleanser and a Volcanic Mineral Daily Face Polish.
The products remove dirt, makeup and impurities while optimizing skin, balancing its pH and creating a clean canvas for the Youth Elixir Stem Cell Serum.

Sea Oak Daily Oil Cleanser
Darya Hope’s Sea Oak Daily Oil Cleanser is a formula designed to leave the skin feeling nourished, hydrated and restored.
It is also infused with multiple oils to gently and effectively cleanse the skin. The key ingredients in this cleanser are sea oak, meadowfoam oil, evening primrose oil and sea fennel daily gel cleanser.
First, the sea oak promotes collagen synthesis in the skin, increases the skin’s natural healing process and eliminates free radicals.
The meadowfoam oil is rich in vitamin E content and antioxidants to protect the skin against cellular damage.
Lastly, the evening primrose oil enhances the texture and elasticity of the skin, reduces inflammation, irritation, and fine lines.
Sea Fennel Daily Gel Cleanser
The Sea Fennel Daily Gel Cleanser, acts as a gentle gel cleanser that rinses away to reveal a vibrant and fresh complexion. The pH is 5.5 to help maintain the skin barrier.
This product features sea fennel oil, which is used to soften skin, unclog pores, boost collagen, expedite cellular turnover and even skin discoloration and texture.Darya Hope’s skin serum features human stem cell-derived ingredients.
Secondly, the lactic acid hydrates the skin, softens and smooths fine lines and wrinkles. It also reduces hyperpigmentation. Lastly, the quinoa protein ingredient stimulates collagen production, brightens and soothes irritated skin, and reduces scarring.
Volcanic Mineral Daily Face Polish
This is the final product in Darya Hope’s skincare line. It is formulated with volcanic pumice powder to gently polish away uneven texture resulting in soft-looking skin with an even tone.
“The Volcanic Mineral Daily Face Polish, although part of the Triple Cleanse System, is an exfoliator that gently sloughs away dead skin. It’s also formulated with skin-softening natural honey and probiotic enzymes to help regulate sebum and soothe acne-prone skin.”
This product contains pumice powder, which is a volcanic rock exfoliating powder that provides gentle exfoliation. The fine pumice granules smooth skin texture and brighten the complexion.
The next ingredient in the polish is laminaria saccharina seaweed extract that reduces inflammation and soothes acne-prone skin, and regulates sebum excess.
Lastly, the high molecular weight hyaluronic acid reduces inflammation and creates a barrier for the skin to lock in moisture. It also enhances the firmness and elasticity of the skin.
